Due to the nature of vehicle rentals and sharing, we handle important information such as driver's licenses and passports. Article 1 (Information Collected)
We collect personal information including: Name, address, phone number, email, Driver's License, Passport (for international visitors), International Driving Permit (IDP), credit card info, and GPS location data from our vehicles.
Article 2 (Purpose of Use)
We use your information to: Process reservations and payments, verify driving eligibility as required by law, handle insurance claims in case of accidents, share necessary details with vehicle Owners/Hosts for C2C bookings, and improve our services.
Article 3 (Provision to Third Parties)
We will not provide personal information to third parties without consent, EXCEPT: When necessary for insurance claims, sharing minimum required info with booked Owners/Hosts, or when required by law (e.g., police investigations).
Article 4 (Security Management)
We implement strict security measures to prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of your personal data, especially highly sensitive documents like passports and licenses.
Article 5 (Google User Data)
This service offers Google Sign-In (Google OAuth 2.0) for user convenience. When a user signs in with their Google account, we receive the following information (Google user data) from Google:
(1) Email address
(2) Name
(3) Profile picture URL
(4) Google account ID (sub)
We use this Google user data solely for: (a) account creation and identity verification, (b) login authentication and session management, and (c) displaying the user's name and profile picture within our service.
We never sell or transfer Google user data to any third party. We do not use this data for purposes outside the service (such as advertising or AI model training). Data is stored on our authentication infrastructure (Supabase Auth) with industry-standard security.
Users may disconnect their Google account link at any time. To request disconnection, disclosure, or deletion of Google user data, please contact us via the inquiry form or the contact details in Article 6.
