📅 Booking & Payment

Yes, you can drive all our campervans with a valid standard IDP (Geneva Convention 1949). No special license is required.

A.

We accept credit card payments only. Please complete payment by the specified due date after booking.

A.

It is possible if a vehicle is available and has finished cleaning/maintenance. We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability.

A.

Cancellation fees apply from the moment your booking is confirmed: 30% until 30 days before pickup, 80% from 14 days before, and 100% on the day before or day of pickup. Please see our cancellation policy for details.

🚐 Vehicle & Equipment

A.

Yes, you may use the kitchen space. However, please refrain from cooking that produces heavy oil splatter or strong odors (e.g., yakiniku, grilled fish). Use of fire while driving is extremely dangerous and strictly prohibited.

Pets are allowed in select vehicles only. If you wish to travel with a pet, please choose a pet-friendly vehicle and inform us in advance. (Additional cleaning fees may apply.)

High-consumption appliances such as the AC or microwave require connection to an external power source at an auto-camp ground or RV park. The sub-battery alone cannot power them for long periods.

A.

All vehicles are strictly non-smoking, including e-cigarettes. If smoking traces or odors are detected, a penalty fee and special cleaning fee will be charged.

🏪 Pickup & Return

A.

It depends on the store. Some stores can keep one car for free, while others will guide you to a nearby paid parking lot. Please check each store page or contact us in advance.

If you may be late due to traffic etc., please contact the store in advance. Extension fees will be charged. Unannounced delays may incur a penalty fee.

A.

Please return the vehicle with fuel at or above the pickup level (no need to fill to full). We provide a photo of the fuel gauge at pickup as reference. Shortages will be billed at fuel cost based on mileage plus a settlement fee. ⚠️ Caution: Please confirm the correct fuel type (diesel or regular gasoline) when refueling. Damage caused by misfueling is not covered by insurance and the full repair cost will be your responsibility.

🚨 Insurance, Compensation & Accidents

1) Ensure the safety of any injured parties first. 2) Always call the police (110) and obtain an accident report. 3) Then promptly contact our store and the insurance company. Insurance cannot be applied without a police report.

A.

Yes — even for solo incidents with no other party (scraping a wall, hitting a sign, etc.), you must contact the police. Without a police report, you may be liable for the full repair cost.

A.

If repairs or cleaning are required due to an accident, theft, breakdown, or soiling, NOC partially covers our lost operating revenue. The fee is ¥100,000 if the vehicle is drivable, ¥200,000 if not (¥400,000 for total loss or rollover).
